This portal site aims to collate all chironomid genomes that has accumulated in the past decade for the community to access freely and easily
Recent advances in genome sequencing technologies has enabled the community to obtain high quality chironomid genomes. While each genome has been uploaded to public servers (i.e., INSDC), no single site has collated all data in a unified format. This portal site aims to link multiple data sites for the community members to access easily.
